It's been a while since our last update. Since we last emailed you, there has been quite a lot going on.
iDELI is now open for business. iDELI is an online specialty food retailer that can service orders in small or large quantities to most of Australia. Kirkfood is a preferred supplier to iDELI and finally, most of our product, is now available in retail format for your pleasure. Congratulations to Calvin and the iDELI team on such a brilliant offering that is growing all the time. We highly recommend you create an account at iDELI, subscribe to their newsletter and take an RSS feed for their new products. We're excited about this because all you good people who ask us for smaller pack sizes and smaller order quantities, especially outside of Metro Melbourne and Sydney, can now have access to some really special ingredients and products. The annual ASCA (Australian Specialist Cheesemakers Association) Melbourne cheese show is on this weekend. ASCA has given iDELI 10 tickets ($45 value each)to give away. The first 10 people to order a jar of the Wine and Truffle Company Hazelnuts in Truffle Honey, will recieve a Ticket to this event, valued at $45 for free. (This is a Melbourne specific event for this weekend).
The OH and S Nazis have given us the word. From September 1st, our Mascot and Cheltenham warehouses will no longer be able to handle warehouse/walk up/ door sales. We're sorry about this, but apparently the warehouse is a dangerous place. So it's just as well we like coming to your place. You can still use the website as your virtual warehouse.
