Launched at Fine Food 2012 in Melbourne, this cheese was enthusiasticlly accepted. The cheese is made from milk produced by mountain grazing cattle in the Alsace region of France.

It has an orangey, deep straw colour typical of washed rinds and the aroma is stronger than the rich, creamy flavour. The paste is soft to gooey. This superb washed rind cheese is made from the milk of mountain cattle in the eastern region of France.

Matches with a Pinot Gris or Chardonnay or well hopped beers such as an IPA.

This cheese is available using the OTW ordering system (trade only) and will appear of the sheets towards the end of September. It is expected to be available ex stock by the end of the year.
