Yea Brand Club style Cheddars are made at the modern Yea Brand dairy in the upper Goulburn area of Victoria. Selected cheddars are used to produce this unique cheese, which can be enjoyed with wine and crackers at any time. They are particular suited to cold climate Pinot style wines like those produced in the neighbouring Yarra Valley region.
