CORMAN SELECTION of pasteurised dairy butters with 82% butterfat directly and exclusively made fom selected creams. They carry the Quality Label : " Extra Quality". Sold in 2.5 kg individually. It is ideal for multipurpose use in dough incorporation (Cake, cookies, sweet breads,...etc.) and butter cream. Also used in cooking and as a table butter. Wrapped in parchment foil to guarantee perfect protection.

CORMAN PERFECTION - BUTTER 82 % FAT, PRESTISSIMO is a totally new layering butter which makes it possible to produce top quality croissants and puff pastries in an easy and rapid way. Thanks to its firmness and exceptional rebodying, it is possible to make three consecutive turns. This butter is particularly suitable for high ambient temperature working environments.
