Delivery Terms & Conditions

Sydney/Melbourne Metropolitan Delivery terms and conditions
Orders under $150.00 will attract a $15.00 delivery fee.
Generally, orders are delivered within 24 hours.
Cut off for same day deliveries is 7am on that day.
 
All Other Areas Delivery Terms and Conditions
Kirkfood utilise a network of Sub Distributors which cover most regional areas of Victoria and NSW, Contact us to find out about this network of distributors.
Orders under $150.00 will attract a $15.00 delivery fee.
Air Freighted orders attract basic charges and Per Kg Rates as per airline Freight rate schedule. These charges differ from airline to airline and distance transported. Contact us to discuss your particular requirements.
Collection of orders from airports is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Orders for Non Perishable Items can be delivered via Australia Post, charges and minimum order policy applies.

Privacy

Information collection and use:
When you submit an enquiry with us, we ask for your name, email address and telephone number. Once you register and sign up for our services, you are not anonymous to us.
We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, our cookie information and the page(s) you requested.

We use personal information to fulfil your requests for certain products and services.
We will not use personal information for any purpose without your consent.

Information sharing and disclosure
We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. We may send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:
