These aren't new, but, we've been waiting a while for them to come in. The original recipe dates back to last century and is quite simply a perfect mix of flour, yeast, olive oil, sugar, sesame, aniseed and salt.

As a snack, you cant just stop at one. Perfect with coffee, even better with cheese. Valdeon blue or an aged Monet Enebro Goats cheese pair well with these.

Each Tortas is individually wrapped by hand.
