This retail cheese concept was recently previewed at Fine Food 2012 in Melbourne. The product is extremely popular in Europe and Asia and is set to make its' mark in the Australian Dairy case. The reaction was overwhelmingly postive and the first shipment will be available using the Order to Week indent system to selected retailers late September.
