Cashel Blue, Crozier Blue - Live!


You probably know by now that Cashel Blue and Crozier Blue our among our favourite farmhouse cheeses. Here's a link to a recent segment shown on iFoodstv which shows Sarah and Henry explaining some of the ageing characteristics of these magnificent cheeses from County Tipperary, Ireland.  Both age extremely well and need careful maturing to further improve on an already outstanding flavour.

Kirkfood recommends both Cashel and Crozier Blue as excellent table cheese, and they are also incredibly versatile in a whole range of recipes.  Try Crozier Blue in a witlof salad or Cashel Blue to lift any savoury sauce.
