Australian Specialist Cheese Show

The Australian Specialist Cheesemakers' Association co-ordinates a series of annual events including a Cheese Show, Cheesemaking Seminars and educational Cheese & Wine Forums throughout the year.

The annual Australian Speciality Cheese Show is a celebration of all things cheese. Cheese lovers have the chance to sample some of the best Australian cheeses, meet the cheesemakers and learn about the cheesemaking process.

The 2012 ASCA Cheese Show will take place on Saturday, 25 August 2012 at Ormond Hall in Melbourne, between 11am and 4pm.

Entry is only $15 at the door. Your ticket includes unlimited cheese tasting, cheese demonstrations (think live mozzarella stretching!) and cheese matching classes. Beer, wine and take-home cheeses will be available for sale. There will even be a cow!
