Hi, before I place my first order I've got a couple of questions: 1. When buying cheese is the wieght given in the description the minimum size. Eg If I was to buy quantity:1 Cacio di Bosco Tartufo would I be looking at recieving 1.8kg of cheese? 2.

Hi Alex,
The weight is an average, so, if you were to order one unit of Cacio di Bosco, you would receive a whole form that would be roughly around that weight. When the order is picked and packed, each item is weighed and you are charged per KG.

You can pick up from the warehouse, between 9am and 4pm Monday to Thursday and between 9am and 2pm Fridays. We are here briefly on Saturdays as well from around 8 to 9.30am except on long weekends.
