Hi Chris,
Wattle Valley brand Crème Fraiche (made by Yea Brand) should be available in Woolworths Safeway Supermarket. It has recently been listed Nationally so you may need to push the manager at your local store if it isn't there yet. Other wise, Yea Brand Crème Fraiche is available at selected IGA's and Good Delis.
