Do you have Vacherin (as in for fondue)?

Hi Rose, we don't currently stock a Vacherin style cheese, it is on our list of products to procure in the future. The problem is, most of these styles of cheese are made from Raw Milk and therefore banned from being imported into Australia.
Fondue is one of those dishes where you can substitute many different types of cheeses and even mix them up. You could try Tilsit, Gruyere, Raclette or really anything. These three though will give you a similar flavour to Vacherin though.
