Due to geographical and seasonal differences between Australia and Itay, every year at this time we have to stop importing Mozzarella di Bufala.

This product is extremely volatile in its' capacity to with stand temperature fluctuations. The cold supply chain in Italy is not as strictly monitored as Australia and it poses problems with heat blemished product.

We will announce on our website on the return of the deliciously fresh Mozzarella di Bufala.
