been purchasing your wonderful Wattle Valley Clotted Cream from a local Farmer's Market but for several months now it has been unavailable. Thickened cream products come no where close. I rather like my scones, jam & clotted cream.

I am writing to you to make you aware of the poor quality in one of your products. We bought 2 packets of the “Superior Gold Salmon” 200g Pre-packed smoked Salmon at Woolworths Store in Sunnybank Hills.It was far too salty and could not be eaten.
I bought a packet of Superior Gold Sliced Smoked Atlantic Salmon 100g from Coles (Bowral) yesterday when I opened it it was quite dry, so useless and difficult to separate the slices. I’m sure I’ve had the product before and it wasn’t like this
