I bought a packet of Superior Gold Sliced Smoked Atlantic Salmon 100g from Coles (Bowral) yesterday when I opened it it was quite dry, so useless and difficult to separate the slices. I’m sure I’ve had the product before and it wasn’t like this
Muscatels
I'm having problems sourcing muscatels at the moment, what's the issue here?

Muscatels are literally dried Muscat Grapes. It's a seasonal product. Muscatels Grapes are not grown in huge volumes so from time to time they become scarce.

Usually the allocations become available in May - April. Because they are naturally dried it is not known until pcakging how much is available.
