Thanks for your e-mail. We are importing frozen ceps/porcini and the quality is excellent. They can be used either frozen directly into a dish for maximum flavour, or defrosted in the fridge and saving the reserved liquid (gold!) for other dishes.

We supply Brisbane clients direct from Sydney, orders need to be minimum $300 and there is a $30 +gst delivery fee.

If this suits you OK then next week I can arrange for overnight transport in poly foam box and chill packs, this time of year should be fine. Delivery is usually on Thursday or Friday.

At this point I suggest you go on line to our website and register if you haven’t already done so, that way you can see the vast range of products on offer which might make the $300 minimum easier for you to make.
