Any good deli will stock it, or will be able to get it in for you. Failing that, Enoteca Sileno import the product and have a retail outlet in Lygon St Carlton. They will also be able to point you to a retailer closer to you. Their number is  03 9389 7000.
Is buffalo mozzarella avaialble in this country. If so, am i able to get the product in Alice springs? Also, is there such a thing as Camelbert? I hear it is like camembert, but made from camels milk?? Ahmed.
