Ahmed Buffalo Mozzarella (Mozzarella di Bufala) is available in Australia. It is air freighted in fresh every fortnight from Italy by Kirks.

The best way to access it from Alice Springs would be to log on to Australia's newest online retailer www.ideli.com.au where you will find an excellent selection of gourmet foods and to buy cheese online.

As for Camelbert? It does exist - in Egypt I think - The UK government is funding trials into a sustainable resource for out of work camel drivers. We posted a new item a while ago which is in our archives.
