Picandou Goat Curd from Perigord is a Goats curd in spreadable form. This curd is lightly salted and then put into cups. No preservative, no additional ingredients, this is a real traditional goat curd. The texture is smooth and rustic with a delicate and mellow  almost sweet goats miIk flavour.
