This Brie is a different recipe to the large format Brie also offered by Coeur de Lion. The flavour and bouquet is a little bit more traditional. This is a great French Brie for retail sales - a mesh sack containing 5 individually packed, miniature Brie cheeses - great for a snack or picnic hampers, grab and go format makes it perfect for children quote s lunch boxes.
Coeur de Lion Mini Brie are also available in catering packs making it an ideal inclusion for large catering operators in mass scale provisioning.
