St Andre - it's the King of French Triple Cream cheeses. It's intense and buttery and has a butterfat content of around 75%.

The shape and size of the Saint Andre make it unique and the cheese compliments beer well. St Andre has a short life and should be consumed with much enthusiasm quickly, regularly and with much pleasure.

Traditionally, Saint Andre is manfuctured in Coutances near Normandy in France. The texture can be buttery to soft and the rind should be bloomey with a tang.

This is the 250 gram version which is packed thoughtfully and individually creating its own micro climate allowing Saint Andre to mature evenly and consitently.
