If you're wondering why we have two Coulommiers, the answer is simple. They are both very good, and they are both a bit different.

Whilst the Le Rustiques Coulommiers is my preferred product, the Coeur de Lion Coulommiers has a milder flavour and slightly less pungent bouquet.
