Double Cream - Also known as heavy cream, with its high fat content, has many uses for sweet and savoury recipes. There are no thickeners or additives.. the taste is pure, sweet, dairy cream. Perfect for whipping, sauces, ice creams, or for use straight from the bottle. It resists splitting under heat and performs well in baking.
