0500: Alarm goes off. Roll over and hit the snooze button (I don’t know why I do this but I’m sure I’m not the only one).

0510: Drag sorry arse out of bed (One too many wines with dinner last night) and change into my Lycra (not a pretty sight for a 40 year old) super hero outfit. Lycra lout, Traffic fodder, call me what you like. I commute by bicycle.
