This superb washed rind cheese is made from the milk of mountain cattle in the eastern region of France.The cheese has an orangey, deep straw colour typical of washed rinds and the aroma is stronger than the rich, creamy flavour.The paste is soft to gooey. Matches with well hopped beers such as an IPA or a Pinot Gris or Chardonnay.

This is a great washed rind cheese for the milder of palate.
