The perfect "Grab and Go" French Brie.

Couer de Lion translates to Lion Heart and, at the heart of this French Brie is a wonderfully mild cheese with a velvet rind and buttery flavour.  This is a great French Brie for retail sales - the 500 gram format is popular in Europe - pure grab and go convenience for your dairy case or display.  Handy for food service as well. This Brie is a slightly different recipe to the large format Brie also offered by Coeur de Lion. The flavour and bouquet is a little bit more traditional. In order to enjoy the taste fully, Brie should be served at room temperature.
