After a year of wading through the red tape and going through the audit process, Yea Brand finally received export approval from AQIS last week. Ross Williamson, General Manager and partner in the business said it was one of the most gruelling tasks he has ever taken on and never wants to go through it again. Yea Brand has been making Creme Fraiche, Clotted Cream Mascarpone and Club Style Cheddars for years for the domestic market. This latest development should see the business reach a new level. Things are happening at Yea Brand, new packaging is being introduced over the next month and a brand new website is due to launch in the next week or so.
